When will I receive my order?

Delivery time to most physical addresses is 9-18 business days from the date the package was shipped. This is many times faster than the actual delivery time! Rest assured, carriers are doing their best during busy times!

When will I receive my tracking information?

Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided within 5-7 business days of your order date. We aim to ship as quickly as possible, so please keep an eye out! If you don’t receive it within this timeframe or if you entered your email address incorrectly, please email us and we’ll manually send it to you! You can also access tracking information on our website here. Please make sure to enter your order number and email address correctly!

What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

We offer global shipping, with logistics partners in every country. You can purchase Express Shipping to receive your package faster. Please note that this service may not be available in all areas. If available, this option will be displayed during checkout.

Is any of your merchandise restricted in my country?

Although countries regulate the quantities & varieties of items that can be imported, sports apparel is not considered a restricted item.

What should I do if I am missing an item or if I received a defective or incorrect item?Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly. Just contact us, and we will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible. Rest assured we will have a solution for you!

Do you charge taxes or import fees?

We do not charge tax when you check out, and should not be charged any import or duty fees by customs. Please note that this may be subject to change by your country, however it is extremely rare. You are responsible for any customs fees, assessed by your country, should there be any.
